Pay Rate: $20 per hour
About the Position
Pro Game Sports is seeking an energetic, creative, and responsible Head Youth Summer Camp Counselor to lead and supervise campers ages 3–5 during our Summer Camp program. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young children, has a positive attitude, and can create a fun, safe, and engaging camp environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a background or interest in sports and recreation, and the ability to lead activities while keeping campers active, entertained, and included throughout the day.
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise campers ages 3–5 in daily activities

Organize and assist with sports, games, crafts, and group activities
-
Create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all campers
-
Ensure campers are engaged, active, and following camp rules
-
Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and campers
-
Assist with camp setup, cleanup, and daily organization
-
Handle minor behavioral situations in a calm and professional manner
-
Work closely with camp staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications

21+
-
Experience working with young children required
-
Background in sports, recreation, education, childcare, or related field preferred

Energetic, patient, creative, and reliable

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must enjoy working with children and creating a fun atmosphere

CPR/First Aid certification

Baseball Catching Instructor
We are seeking a knowledgeable, passionate, and experienced Baseball Catching Instructor to join our coaching staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing specialized training programs focused on the catching position. This role includes working with players of various ages and skill levels to enhance their defensive catching skills, game-calling ability, and overall baseball IQ behind the plate.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and conduct position-specific training sessions for catchers (blocking, framing, throwing, footwork, etc.)

Teach advanced techniques in game-calling, pitcher management, and situational awareness.

Analyze and provide feedback using video and data tools to track player development.

Develop personalized improvement plans for individual catchers.

Work collaboratively with pitching coaches to enhance pitcher-catcher communication.

Monitor player progress and provide regular assessments to players and coaching staff.

Ensure player safety and proper technique at all times.

Assist in scouting and evaluating potential catching recruits (if applicable).

Stay current with the latest catching techniques and coaching trends.
Qualifications:

Prior playing experience as a catcher at the collegiate, professional, or elite amateur level preferred.

Previous coaching experience, particularly focused on the catching position.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to connect with and motivate players of various ages and backgrounds.
